Library, School and/or Community Theatrical Programs

Living History Performances are forty-five minutes to an hour in length. However any and all shows can be tailored to fit your needs. The format for each program varies according to audience. K-2, 3-5 and 6th grade-to-high school and adult versions are available. All assembly  programs are $500.00 for initial program and $700.00 for two back-to-back. An additional $50.00 per hour of travel for locations more than fifty miles from Manhattan. Block booking fees available upon request.

Residencies And Workshops

Single workshops or extended programs are offered for grades K-12. All programs include theatrical techniques and hands-on participation. Some sample themes are: The Long Journey West, Our Great Great Grandparents, Newspapers and Reporters, storytelling and more. Workshops to fit your curriculum are also available.

Single Workshops: $60.00 (available only with assembly booking) Workshop Session Day:4 /45 minute sessions $240.00.

Residencies include: One Living History assembly presentation $500.00  followed by as many as ten but no less than five  Workshop Session Days including a final presentation by participants, at $240.00 per session day.

Staff Development Seminars: These 90 minute sessions are available for all educational Instructors and Staff. All workshops include hands–on-participation, an introduction to theatrical technique and its  classroom application . Some sample themes include : The Theatrical Classroom, Creative Dramatics for Emergent Readers of Any Age. No Trauma Drama Tool Kit for the Special needs Classroom.
